Boys 5th
Boys Group
Tuesdays 4:30 - 5:45 pm
*snacks provided
This ten week, in-person group focuses on helping 5th grade boys in their preparation for middle school. Topics include organization, study skills, social media, anxiety, body image and friendships. The group will be a combination of processing, support, art, and fun! Snacks will also be provided. This group will be a confidential, safe space for pre-adolescnets and will max out at 6 members.
This group is held Tuesdays and begins Feb. 4th for 10 weeks, skipping spring break.

Girls 5th
Grade Group
Thursdays 4:30 - 5:45 pm

This ten week, in-person group focuses on helping 5th grade girls in their preparation for middle school. Topics include body image, anxiety, organization, friendships, social hierarchy, and mood. The group will be a combination of processing, support, art, and fun! Snacks will also be provided. This group will be a confidential, safe space for pre-adolescnets and will max out at 6 members.
This group is held Thursdays and begins Feb. 6th for 10 weeks, skipping spring break.

Parenting Through Grief and Loss
Fridays 10 - 11:30 pm
This in-person group is for parents who are struggling in grief from any type of significant loss occurring in the last year. Topics will focus on how grief affects parenting, normalizing experiences related to the loss of a loved one, providing psycho-education on the processes and effects of grief on our daily lives, and how to meet the needs of our children in grief. The group will be a confidential, safe space for participants and will max out at 8 members.
Group members pay $125 per session, regardless of attendance, as you are paying for your spot.
